CIVIL WEDDINGS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Hardwick Hall Hotel is a licensed venue for civil marriages and we also offer civil partnerships and baby naming services. We are able to use the Coleman Suite, Boyne Suite and John Burdon Suite for these occasions
The scene is set with
- A beautiful Chippendale style Registrar's Desk
- 2 beautiful floral arrangements - colours of your choice
- Red Carpet walkway creates the aisle down the length of room
- Comfortable, well placed seating
- Light classical music
As the licence holder the hotel provides a licensed representative to organise the guests on the day and to be present during the service.
Copies of Registrar's guidelines are available on request and special attention should be given to the music allowed and photography restrictions. We are unable to take a firm booking until confirmation of a registrar is obtained.
CHARGES
There is a charge for civil ceremonies, the charges made include the above items and VAT. These charges do not include any other room charges applicable to your wedding.
You are required to pay the Registrar's fee direct.
