The Coleman Suite a spectacular Ballroom, boasting glittering chandeliers and massive mirrors,
can seat up to 500 people.   With separate entrance hall, reception and cloakroom, bars and
kitchens, the Suite is self-contained:  the answer to every event organisers dreams!
State of the art audio-visual facilities, moveable staging and flooring, portable acoustic dividing
walls and full air-conditioning all ensure flexibility. 

The perfect venue for conferences, exhibitions, product launches, private dining, gala dinners, glamourous balls, school proms, concerts - in fact, celebrations and events of every kind.

The Boyne Room is located in the original Hall and features an ornate oil painted ceiling.
A popular venue for dinners and presentation evenings, the Boyne Room is delightfully decorated and is suitable for smaller meetings, interviews or private dinner parties.

The John Burdon Suite recently refurbished to the highest standards. It is a modern, split level, versatile function room with bar and private facilities. A wonderful venue for private or corporate parties, anniversary celebrations or wedding receptions.

Boardroom One features a beautiful mahogany table, making it a superb room in which to hold up to 18 people for the intimate candlelit dinner party, resplendent with the finest crystal and Royal Doulton china.

Boardroom Two is ideal for small meetings and private dinners for up to 20 guests.

The Paddock Marquee situated in the gardens, is available throughout the summer months.  Ideal for weddings, barbeques and summer dances.

Grand Marquee at certain times of the year, usually May, September and December there is a grand marquee situated in the grounds of Hardwick Hall Hotel.   This facility can and does hold regular functions for number 800 +.   Each year the Hotel hosts the May Lobster Festival and the September Oyster festival (extra special events) for 2000 guests.
